WoW First Aid Guide

First Aid is a profession that every character should have (yes..even healers!) It’s a necessity for many tricky situations so everyone should have First Aid at the highest level. This guide will show you how to level your First Aid profession in the quickest manner possible. It’s not difficult.

To level First Aid it is going to require a lot of cloth, and there’s two ways you can get it. You can either buy it from the Auction House or farm it all. The first portion of this guide will show you how much cloth you need, in case you want to purchase it. If you want to farm it all your self we will show you the best locations to farm the cloth!

Materials Needed from 1-450:

The numbers aren’t exact because they will be different from character to character. When recipes get to “green” status, skill ups are based on a chance, so if you are lucky you will need less materials.
-Linen Cloth: 140-190
-Wool Cloth: 140-180
-Silk Cloth: 140-190
-Mageweave Cloth: 90-120
-Runecloth: 200-240
-Netherweave Cloth: 90-120
-Frostweave Cloth: 50-75

First Aid 1-80

1-40 – Create Linen Bandages.
Materials Needed: 40-55 Linen Cloth.

41-80 – Create Heavy Linen Bandages.
Materials Needed: 100-130 Linen Cloth

First Aid 81-150

81-115 – Create Wool Bandages.
Materials Needed: 50-60 Wool Cloth

116-150 – Create Heavy Wool Bandages.
Materials Needed: 90-120 Wool Cloth

First Aid 151-240

151-180 – Create Silk Bandages.
Materials Needed: 50-60 Silk Cloth

181-210 – Create Heavy Silk Bandages.
Materials Needed: 90-130 Silk Cloth

211-240 – Create Mageweave Bandages.
Materials Needed: 50-60 Mageweave Cloth

First Aid 241-300

241-260 – Create Heavy Mageweave Bandages.
Materials Needed: 40-60 Mageweave Cloth

261-290 – Create Runecloth Bandages.
Materials Needed: 60-70 Runecloth Cloth

291-300 – Create Heavy Runecloth Bandages.
Materials Needed: 30-50 Runecloth Cloth

First Aid 301-375

301-330 – Create Heavy Runecloth Bandages.
Materials Needed: 90-120 Runecloth Cloth

331-360 – Create Netherweave Bandages.
Materials Needed: 50-60 Netherweave Cloth

361-375 – Create Heavy Netherweave Bandages.
Materials Needed: 40-60 Netherweave Cloth

First Aid 376-450

376-400 – Create Frostweave Bandages.
Materials Needed: 40-50 Frostweave Cloth

401-450 – From 401-450 you will need to learn the Heavy Frostweave Bandage recipe. You can only get this as a drop. The recipe only drops after you hit level 400 in First Aid, so don’t try farming it earlier.
